Student Support Associate

We are recruiting for the Student Support Associate role. This role would be suitable for an individual who has previously worked as a Call Center or Customer Service Agent. As the Student Support Associate, you will be required to interact with our students to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about admissions, applications, technology support issues, deadlines and other general information that students will require from time to time.
